Rachel Lucero

President and CEO

Rachel is a seasoned investment executive with extensive institutional and multinational experience in private equity, investment management, and capital markets. She has a proven track record of raising capital, structuring investments, and scaling businesses across diverse industries, including technology, logistics, real estate, healthcare, consumer goods, and renewables. As Chief Investment Officer at Arcadia Holdings Corp and Managing Partner at Arcadia Consulting Inc, Rachel has led significant private equity transactions and strategic investments globally. Her career spans top-tier institutions such as Deloitte, UBS, and BPI Capital Corporation, as well as leadership roles at APC Holdings and DYCM Power. Rachel holds an MSc in Finance from Skema Business School, Paris, and a BSc in Corporate Management from De La Salle University.

advisor to C-suites across the healthcare and infrastructure spaces. John holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics
from Cornell University, equipping him with a robust foundation in finance, strategic leadership, and operational excellence

Hector Fornelli

Managing Parnter

Hector is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate turnarounds, M&A, investment banking, private equity, and wealth management. He has raised and deployed over $1 billion for clients through private equity, private credit, and other financial instruments. Hector has a proven track record of scaling revenues to prepare businesses for investors and successful exits. He is also highly skilled in financial modeling and deal structuring, delivering tailored strategies that drive growth and maximize value creation. Hector has an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from TEC de Monterrey and a Top Management Master from Saïd Business School, Oxford, with a strong focus on private equity investments in infrastructure. He started his professional career with The London Consulting Group and then moved on to be one of the founding members of Move Consulting and is currently a Managing Partner at Arcadia Holdings Corp.

Nick Standish

Nick is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and dealmaker with over 17 years of expertise across venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, M&A, and global business strategy. His industry exposure spans financial services, digital assets, technology, energy, mining, and infrastructure. Nick has built a strong track record in originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions, and has served in leadership roles as a founder, advisor, director, and executive. Recognized for his strategic insight and disciplined approach to value creation, Nick is regarded as a trusted partner in the Canadian capital markets. He has held senior executive and advisory roles with a range of public and private companies, including Fortune Minerals (TSX: FT), Sun Life Financial (NYSE: SLF), Veritas Pharma (CSE: VRT), and BlocPal International. Nick currently serves as Managing Director of Intellectual Capital Corp., a corporate finance and capital markets advisory firm. He is also a director of Nova Pacific Metals Corp. (CSE: NVPC), Stamatis Ventures Ltd., and several private ventures.

Courtney Olujobi

Principal

Courtney Olujobi brings over 15 years of experience across data center infrastructure, enterprise technology, and private capital. His career spans roles at CDW,
SHI, and Microsoft (via Softchoice), along with global initiatives at Huawei. He is the Managing Partner of Contactant Capital and a Principal at Moon Pursuit
Capital, where he oversees investment strategy, capital deployment, and investor relations. Courtney also serves as a capital advisor to early- and mid-stage
companies, guiding them through fundraising, financial modeling, and strategic growth. His expertise reflects a unique blend of technical depth and financial
acumen, focused on scaling transformative ventures.

Max Rodriguez

Max is an established investment management professional with extensive institutional and multinational experience in capital raising, business development, and fund distribution. He has a proven track record of driving investor engagement, managing consultant relations, and scaling investment strategies across diverse asset classes including private equity, private credit, real estate, and multi-asset alternatives. As Managing Partner at Prism Equity Partners, Max supports fund managers and sponsors in securing institutional capital. His career spans leadership roles at Barings, JP Morgan Asset Management, and Tocqueville Asset Management. Max has deep expertise in alternatives, hedge funds, and defined benefit plans. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
